We hope you are pleased with the items you receive. However, if your purchase isn’t quite what you were looking for, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the sealed bag has been opened.

Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent, using the original box. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, so we recommend using a tracked service. Any products that appear to have been worn, damaged, or mistreated will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please return goods to the address shown on the postal box.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund. The funds should appear in your account within 5 working days of processing.
